"We rented this house for the pool for the kids and it did not disappoint. It was great that they could touch around the whole pool. The house is nice and quiet and has a lot of different outdoor spaces that we enjoyed. We saw deer, quail and turkeys which was exciting for the kids. The inside has a rustic feel, but it was comfortable and worked for us. Communication with the property company was great. We had an issue with the lock on the door towards the end of our stay, but they got back to us right away and we’re very helpful."

"This property is cute and we had a wonderful time. The pool was great for our young kids and the front grass area with the hammock was the best part of the house. The house was clean and cozy. Our only issue would be how HOT in got inside the house. We were there in early July and temperature ranged from 90-97. When we say hot I mean you really can’t stay inside the main parts of the house (ie. living room and master bedroom) from lunch time to dinner. That’s how hot the house gets. The house really needs an AC for the summer times. We had a great time but I wouldn’t return for this reason~highly recommend getting an ac." Thank you~"

"I stayed at Sol y Luna for a ladies' trip over Memorial Day weekend. Fabulous, we loved this place! The property is about a 20 minute drive from down town Sonoma and even closer to local wineries and parks. The drive from San Francisco was BEAUTIFUL, with sprawling vineyards all the way until we turned onto the street where Sol y Luna sits. In the evenings we loved playing cards outside on the deck. We saw tons of dear and some really beautiful birds. At night we soaked in the hot tub under the stars. The pool was too cold for us (May in Glen Ellen, not surprising.) Marlena has created a beautiful, peaceful home. Everything was clean, charming, and well cared for. We spent a day touring Napa and Sonoma wineries, which I strongly recommend. (We hired a driver to take us around.) We also spent some time hiking near Glen Ellen. Overall this property was lovely and the location was perfect. Recommend!"
